何小凤
一、个人简介
何小凤,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2020年博士毕业于中科院昆明植物研究所药物化学专业,2020年~2023年于中科院昆明植物研究所从事博士后研究工作。主要开展中药及民族药功效物质的发现与创新应用研究。代表性研究工作:(1)以活性筛选和LC-MS分析为导向,系统开展了药食两用中药草果和草豆蔻的抗糖尿病活性成分研究,分离鉴定包括黄烷醇-单萜杂合体、二苯基庚烷-查尔酮杂合体、二苯基庚烷-二氢黄酮杂合体等多种结构类型的新化合物150余个,发现70余个靶向PTP1B和α-葡萄糖苷酶且活性显著优于阳性药物的活性化合物,为扩大两种药食同源中药的应用以及新型降血糖先导分子的发现提供了重要的化学和药理学依据。(2)以抗肝癌活性为导向,结合LC-MS分析,从蒿属中药南牡蒿活性部位中分离鉴定9种新颖骨架类型的45个新倍半萜二聚体。其中11个化合物与临床一线抗肝癌药物活性相当,且南牡蒿素G7安全性更优,并通过WB、CETSA、ITC和SPR试验验证了其作用于PDGFRA靶点、影响AKT/STAT信号通路从而发挥抗肝癌活性,为新型抗肝癌药物研发提供了结构多样的候选分子和重要的药理学基础。
主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国科学院特别研究助理、云南省博士后定向培养、中科院昆明植物研究所自主开放课题等项目。以第一作者(排名第一)在Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy (中科院一区TOP, IF = 39.1)、Chinese Chemical Letters (一区, IF = 9.1)、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry (一区, IF = 6.1)、Industrial Crops and Products (一区, IF = 5.9)、Organic Chemistry Frontiers (一区, IF = 5.4)、Bioorganic Chemistry (3篇, 一区, IF = 5.1)、Phytochemistry、Chinese Journal of Chemistry、Organic & Biomolecular Chemistry等领域权威期刊发表SCI学术论文16篇,参与发表论文20余篇。
